Is there any way to decrease brightness on WattOS? I have been struggling with this problem for the past couple months now. This might just be the one feature that is sorely lacking in WattOS. The lack of a brightness setting is the maximum drain on the laptop battery next to the wireless.
Could someone please give me any pointers on how to decrease the brightness? Thanks!
Hi, I really like the green plant-based picture that appears at the login screen of WattOS. I would like to make it my desktop background picture as well. Where is it located in the filesystem? What is the name of this startup background screen?

I have the GM965 Intel Mobile integrated graphics chip on my laptop. I have installed the latest "xserver-xorg-video-intel" package from ubuntu from here: https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel
How do I adjust the contrast, color and gamma on my laptop? Is there some driver interface that I can use? Where do I find it?
