Well, the tazpkg I have is grub, not grub2. And as for the partitions, check my photo. LinuxConsole is intalled on sda2. SliTaz is on sda3 wattOs is installed on sda4 Here is the grub configuration. # /boot/grub/menu.lst: GRUB boot loader configuration. # # By default, boot the first entry. default 0 # Boot automatically after 8 secs. timeout 8 # Change the colors. color white/blue light-green/black # For booting SliTaz from : /dev/sda3 # title SliTaz GNU/Linux (cooking) (Kernel vmlinuz-2.6.30.6-slitaz) root (hd0,2) kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.30.6-slitaz root=/dev/sda3 title LinuxConsole root (hd0,1) kernel /boot-lc/k26358 quiet loglevel=0 initrd /boot-lc/26358 This post was edited by mr. tux at February 4, 2012 12:09:38 PM PST

But my question is, how do I add wattos to the startup menu (GRUB) from SliTaz. I know that there is a startup manager, to edit the startup file, but I do not know what to put in it.

well, I tried $ sudo update-grub, and it came up with: /usr/sbin/grub-probe: error: cannot stat 'aufs'. And to answer Leenie's question, I installed two other linux os's on two seperate partitions, the first one I installed is LinuxConsole, and the second one is SliTaz.

I still have a problem I installed wattos on a new partition Whenever I boot from the hard drive, it does not show wattos, I know that I have to configure it and add it to the list, but I do not know how to. Then whenever i boot to the cd, and select the live cd option, it boots up to a command line saying that it is Ubuntu 11.04, I know that it is based off of Ubuntu. I then press Alt+Control+F7, it goes do where the desktop is supposed to be, but it is just a black screen. Then when I booted it to the debug mode, and went to the F7 screen, it says Starting Gnome Display Manager...... I am wondering how to add this to the startup menu, or how to get the desktop to show This post was edited by mr. tux at January 30, 2012 5:43:42 PM PST

I found that out using google My problem was that Firefox was not downloading the whole .iso So I had to get the extension "download them all" It worked perfect, and the live cd is working fine now.
