I've recently installed WattOS, hats off to the developers as my laptop with a SSD boots now in 23 seconds and the battery lasts 7 hours which is fantastic. However I'm having a slight problem with the volume control buttons on my keyboard as they're not working which is annoying.
First, when I pressed them it said that amixer command cannot be found so I installed alsa-utils which includes amixer. Now when I press the button the amixer command cannot be found box doesn't appear however the volume still cannot be controlled by the volume keys. So I thought that LXDE might not be configured properly so I followed a tutorial on their website to check the configuration was setup properly and that the right keys were registered and they were.
So now I'm a bit suck, any assistance would be great. THANKS.
