    quick answer - yes

    Detailed answer
First burn the WattOS .iso file to a disk or flash drive.

Second get a large flash drive (8GB or larger) and, using Gparted from an installed OS or a live CD, format the drive into at least two partitions. A swap area and a root partition formatted ext3 or ext4. You can add more partitions if you want.

Three put the WattOS media into a computer and boot to the live desktop.

Eour connect the large drive you formatted to the same computer.
    Start the WattOS installer.

When the partitioning choices come up, select manual partitioning
When the partition table appears, scroll down until you find the entry for your flash drive(on my system it showed up as sdc). You should be able to see the partitions you created with Gparted. One by one, click on the partitions, click change, and fill in the partition editor to properly reflect the partition (leave size alone, choose the right file system, format, mount as, click Okay.)

Once all partitions are set up, move to the bottom of the window and choose to install Grub to the flash drive. Now click forward to continue the installation.

Know that Grub, when it is installed and updated , will display entries for all operating systems on the computer you use to install WattOS to the flash drive. THis is not a problem since you only want to boot WattOS and this will be the default.
