R6 app list
Keep in mind there are other things not listed here that are tweaks, updates, changes, etc for optimization (power management tools - powertop, psensor, Jupiter, etc). Expect more details on that shortly. The theme/icons is not quite settled, but expect some screenshots in the next day or two :). Right now my test system wallpaper is of the black sea where I will be vacationing soon so I stay focused on getting things done :) - that will likely not be the wallpaper for release.
There could still be a couple changes based upon testing, so stay tuned for the "final" release readme. This is for both 32 and 64 bit releases.

Remastersys for backups
Hi all - updates
wattOS R6 32 bit is done, and 64 bit is being tested. There are a few people beta testing 32bit right now. 64 bit will be a couple more days.
I have posted some obigatory screen shots of course because everyone loves pics :)
There were a couple of questions that needed answered. The gtk theme is Evolve in the screen shots. The backup solution is remastersys which is included. All of the rest seems to be working well as final testing and polish is complete.
Please ask me any questions you have, but I think its safe to say that the final release will be this week :)
Hey teejay - R6 32 bit is under some testing by a few folks right now (ie. the ISO is not final) and 64 bit will be doing the same thing within the next 2-3 days. The 28th is my target release date. I am going to try to stick to it :) - I will give a few more details in the coming days. The ISO is really close to the same size as the previous release....

Kenn...are you sure you're not missing something? Do the given apps not import .office2013 files well?
i wouild guess that they probably do Saigua, however, i have tried opening two or three of my spreadsheets and, although i'm certainly not doing anything fancy, my nicely formatted sheets looked terrible. sorry but i'm old, old enough to not want to waste time re-inventing any more wheels.
