WattOS R3 most of the time shuts down, sometimes not. Old Compaq pentium 3 (around 600 mhz) , 256 mb ram, only 243 mb ram recognized. Any ideas?
I found this in support section of forum and answered my own question: after install, add your user name to the powermanagers group. Logout and back in, and see if that fixes it. You can add your user to the powermanagers group through the preferences menu - then the user manager. Jan. 18. Update. While this wasn't the exact answer for WattOS R3, it did steer me in the right direction. I just set my powermanager settings and it worked.
