When I boot into the live cd for wattOS R5, why does it only show 3gb of the 4gb of memory on my laptop?
If I install it will it show all 4gb of memory?

In my recent experience yes. I installed a vanilla R5 build from live CD (USB) and it saw 3GB on the liveCD and once physically installed, it recognized 6GB - so it picked up PAE and SMP on install. Very smart.

Biff, you were correct after install R5 recognized all 4gb of Ram and after booting uses 120mb of Ram, nice. Good Job.
