I was given a cd of WattOs4, loved it, my machine was given a fresh lease of live, quick sooth and responsive.
That is until I realised I couldnt connect to the web.
I use a 3G broadband dongle to connect to the web and watt dosnt support these, or should I say the network manager Wicd dosnt support them. They only solution would be to replace Wicd with the std network manager that ubuntu uses that does recognise them. That would be great if only my internet connection didnt rely on having a working dongle in the first place to replace the two.
Back to a slow sluggish ubuntu 11.10 for me :(
