Just noticed pekwm doesnt come with support to change desktop background from the wasp no matter what you do..

I take it there is no default manager for the background like Etram or feh then Biff ?

what do users do with microwatt that want to change their background images please :)

    i solved it!

    go to ~/.pekwm/start

edit the file -- at the bottom the line:

    lxpanel &

    feh --bg-scale /usr/share/wattOS/wasp.jpg

change the .jpg to the image u want & voila...

    :)

Yep...on Microwatt all things desktop can be tweaked via the .pekwm folder and files...key bindings, start items, etc...good job efforting through that. I was on holiday for a bit with the family :) - now I am back

Can you run a Feh tutorial up for this Biff for any others on microwatt as i have dodgy net atm.

I did advise matthew about installing feh on the irc prior to posting this :)

I think it may be well worth while having the tutorial up
